MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- To coordinate export order processing, production progress, and shipping arrangements to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, completed on schedule, and delivered according to customer requirements.
- The role involves close coordination with the Production, Warehouse, and relevant departments to monitor order progress, confirm production completion and cargo readiness, arrange shipments, and maintain accurate order and shipping records.
- The position focuses primarily on Hong Kong orders and shipment enquiries, while providing operational and administrative support to the Hong Kong sister company.
- The role also supports the Planning Department in ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Other relevant duties may be assigned by the Planning Manager or Planning Executive as required.
