Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CNC machine assembly operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of assembly technicians.
- Troubleshoot assembly and quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S standards.
- Monitor production records, manpower utilization, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Production Manager on production schedules and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality control, 5S, and workplace safety practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
