SASHIMI CHEF / SASHIMI SECTION CREW

Join Kuriya Fine Dining – Experience the Art of Japanese Cuisine!

Do you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and the skills to handle fresh seafood? We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our Sashimi Section!

YOUR ROLE

  • Prepare and slice fresh sashimi and seafood with proper knife techniques.
  • Ensure quality, freshness and presentation of sashimi dishes.
  • Handle daily preparation and mise en place.
  • Maintain proper food hygiene, safety and storage standards.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient sashimi section operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in sashimi preparation or Japanese kitchen operations preferred.
  • Good knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Responsible, meticulous and passionate about food quality.
  • Candidates with relevant kitchen experience are welcome.
