Join Kuriya Fine Dining – Experience the Art of Japanese Cuisine!
Do you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and the skills to handle fresh seafood? We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our Sashimi Section!
YOUR ROLE
- Prepare and slice fresh sashimi and seafood with proper knife techniques.
- Ensure quality, freshness and presentation of sashimi dishes.
- Handle daily preparation and mise en place.
- Maintain proper food hygiene, safety and storage standards.
- Ensure smooth and efficient sashimi section operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in sashimi preparation or Japanese kitchen operations preferred.
- Good knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Responsible, meticulous and passionate about food quality.
- Candidates with relevant kitchen experience are welcome.
