YOUR ROLE
Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
Handle counter operations, customer orders and payments.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and food enquiries.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and dining area.
Deliver excellent hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Responsible, proactive and a good team player.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
