🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect incoming materials and components used in micro-assembly and printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Perform in-process inspections and testing to identify defects early and minimise rework, waste, and production issues.
- Conduct final visual and functional inspections of finished products prior to shipment.
- Identify, document, and report product defects, non-conformances, and quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and quality assurance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IPC standards, ISO requirements, and internal quality procedures.
