Sales Associate / Sales Coordinator

Vacancy: 1
Location: Joo Koon, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Monthly Salary: S$1,800–S$2,000

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Follow up on quotations with customers.
  • Provide quality customer service.
  • Process sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and related documents.
  • Carry out other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least GCE O-Level, ITE, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
