🏢 Jurong East: 14 December 2026 – 14 March 2027
🏢 Novena: ASAP – End of January 2027

📞 Job Responsibilities
📱 Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
💬 Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
🤝 Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests.
📝 Record customer feedback and suggest improvements to service processes.
😊 Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
🔧 Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
🎯 Job Requirements
🇸🇬 Singaporeans only
🎓 A-Level/Diploma graduates with no experience are welcome to apply!
📚 O-Level / Higher Nitec holders must have at least 2 years of customer service or call centre experience.
🗣️ Good command of spoken and written English.
💻 Basic computer skills and ability to handle customer enquiries efficiently.
🤝 Responsible, patient and customer-oriented.
