Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily kitchen prep, ingredient cutting, and station setup.
- Fry core Zi Char staples (fried rice, hor fun, stir-fried vegetables/meats).
- Cover the main wok/Head Cook on their off-days.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food quality, and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen, PR only.
- Prior experience as a Zi Char 2nd cook or senior kitchen helper
- Able to handle fast-paced coffee shop kitchen environment
