Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Perform basic machine checks and report breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Inspect products and report defects or quality issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of machines and work areas.
- Follow production, safety and work procedures.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- No minimum qualification required; relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing hands-on work.
- Willing to work 2 shifts and overtime, including extended OT hours.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to follow instructions.
