- To assist in the closing restocking, cleaning and closedown procedures at the end of their shift as requested by their Team Leader
- To greet, attend and respond to customers promptly
- To handle customer feedbacks and complaints promptly
- To maintain cleanliness, orderliness and health and safety standards in their place of work
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by their Team Leader
- To prepare and present food orders accordingly in a timely manner
- To present a courteous, pleasant and well-groomed image to customers. Always wear a SMILE
- To provide continual attention and service to all guests whenever they are in your area, even if they are not in your section of responsibility
- To report faulty equipment and any Health and Safety issues promptly to their Team Leader
- To work as a team and take direction from their Team Leader
** Valid Food Hygiene Cert is a MUST
