Restaurant Manager – Seoul Tofu (Orchard Gateway)
📍 Location: Orchard Gateway, 277 Orchard Road, Singapore
💼 Position: Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and supervise service crew members.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.
- Monitor labour costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain service efficiency.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide operational updates to management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, manpower planning, and cost control.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in Korean restaurants is an advantage.
