Job Title: Front of House Team Member (Part-Time/ Full-Time) – Service Crew / Guest Relationship Executive / Captain
Job Summary
Join our Food & Beverage team in Central Singapore and help create memorable dining experiences for every guest. We are hiring for several Front of House roles, with morning or evening shifts available to suit your schedule. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value talent, teamwork and a commitment to service.
Job Description
- Greet and seat guests warmly, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean, well-presented dining area (Service Crew).
- Build rapport with guests, handle enquiries and feedback professionally, and support reservations and guest recognition initiatives (Guest Relationship Executive).
- Guide and support service crew during shifts, coordinate table flow, and uphold service and food safety standards (Captain).
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
Job Requirements
- Friendly, courteous and guest-focused, with good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Prior F&B or customer service experience is preferred for Guest Relationship Executive and Captain roles; training is provided for Service Crew.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, with the right to work in Singapore.
