Delivery Driver at Tomato Town Pte. Ltd.
About us
Tomato Town is a Singapore urban farm. We grow tomatoes, kale and basil on rooftop farms in Jurong West and Woodlands, in a greenhouse, and at our new LED indoor farm. We're certified by SFA, and our produce is sold at FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Hyper stores.
The role
We're looking for a driven, independent driver who takes ownership of the job. You'll get our fresh produce from the farms to our customers safely, on time and in top condition, often working on your own without supervision.
What you'll do
- Deliver produce to FairPrice stores and other customers on schedule
- Move produce, supplies and equipment between our farm sites in Jurong West and Woodlands
- Load and unload goods carefully, and keep produce chilled where needed
- Plan your own routes and adjust when there's traffic or a last-minute change
- Check delivery orders, get them signed, and keep simple records
- Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, and report any servicing or repairs needed
- Follow road and parking rules and avoid fines
What we're looking for
- A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 is a plus)
- A clean driving record and good knowledge of Singapore roads
- A self-starter who can work alone, manage your own time and solve problems on the spot
- Reliable, punctual and responsible with company property
- Physically fit, able to lift crates and work at rooftop sites
- Good communication with customers and the team
- Experience delivering fresh or chilled goods is an advantage
What we offer
- Company vehicle to drive home
- Competitive salary + driving allowance - $500
- A stable full-time role with a growing local farm
- A friendly, hands-on team doing meaningful work for Singapore's food security
How to apply
Send your resume and a copy of your driving licence to +65 80372611
