Duration: Immediate start – 3 months
(Renewable / Convertible to Full-Time with attractive incentives)
Working Hours:
Minimum of 3 to 5 days per week, up to 44 hours weekly
Work Location:
Various retail locations/brands across Singapore as assigned
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service while promoting our sportswear and lifestyle brands.
- Attend to customer enquiries, understand their needs, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient store activities.
- Maintain store presentation, visual standards, and overall cleanliness.
- Assist with stock replenishment, product arrangement, and merchandising when required.
- Create a welcoming shopping experience
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Emotionally resilient, with a positive and friendly attitude.
- A proactive team player who is always willing to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.
- Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Must have your own plain black T-shirt, black long pants, and black shoes.
- Able to commit at least 3 days per week, including a minimum of 1 weekend day.
- Available to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Able to commit for a minimum period of 3 months.
