Job Responsibilities
- Perform wafer testing using designated testing platforms according to production schedules and work instructions.
- Conduct die testing and ensure testing processes are carried out accurately.
- Perform die sorting in accordance with production requirements and schedules.
- Monitor testing and sorting operations to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
- Maintain 6S standards, cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the cleanroom environment.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, production or equipment operations will be an advantage.
- Able to understand and follow production schedules, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable wearing cleanroom attire and complying with cleanroom and workplace safety requirements.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, with a positive working attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.
