We are a dynamic and fast-growing Recruitment and Manpower Staffing Specialist, and we are seeking dedicated and highly organized Recruitment Consultants to join our team and thrive with us.
Basic Salary from $2600 to $3500 + High earning potential with uncapped commissions!
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the manpower requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.
Operations Management:
- Support day-to-day operations by ensuring the smooth flow of processes and systems.
- Managing and following up on daily deployment of manpower to client sites and activating contingency plan.
- Maintain accurate records in data entry and track recruitment metrics.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with management to support development, retention, and satisfaction.
- Provide operational insights and data to assist leadership in decision-making.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of training programs to improve team performance.
Client Management & Business Development:
- Anticipate client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Reach out and maintain contact with potential clients.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary but being sales driven is a must!
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel is a plus.
