HR Coordinator (1 year contract - Perm) x3 - Up to $3000

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client hiring needs, team structure, and job requirements
- Pitch recruitment services and generate new business opportunities
- Manage client expectations and deliver a high-quality recruitment service
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline across relevant sectors
- Organize and manage interviews between clients and candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the process
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal procedure
- Manage the offer process through to successful placement
- Maintain accurate records on internal tracking updates
- Prepare weekly or monthly activity reports (e.g., KPIs, placements, pipeline updates)
- Handle reference checks and pre-employment documentation
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in sales / Customer service role
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous, with CEI certification
- High level of resilience, persistence, and target-driven motivation
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and confident when dealing with clients and situations that may arise from time to time
