💰 Salary: $3,000/month + AWS + Variable Bonus
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM

About the Role

Join one of the world's leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies, as an Accounts Assistant!

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Process supplier invoices and vendor payments
  • Handle staff expense claims and reimbursements
  • Issue customer invoices and perform AR reconciliation
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in AP/AR or general accounting is an advantage
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
