📍 Location: Central Singapore
📅 Commitment: Minimum 3 months
⏰ Working Hours: 6 to 12-hour shifts between 8:30 AM–9:30 PM

Job Duties:

  • Provide information and assistance to visitors
  • Assist with ticket and attraction admission checks
  • Support crowd control and visitor flow
  • Assist with events and programmes
  • Provide friendly customer service to visitors
  • Assist in responding to accidents and emergencies when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 17 years old and above  
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Must be able to work at least 2 weekdays AND 1 weekend
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors (non-air-conditioned areas)
  • Comfortable with long standing hours
  • Friendly, bubbly, approachable and able to communicate well
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Able to adhere to workplace grooming standards

Training:
Selected candidates must be able to attend:

  • 1 full-day induction (8:30am–6pm)
  • 4 × 12-hour full-shift OJT

Additional Benefits:

  • Additional $2/hour allowance for weekend shifts
