key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business, user and operational requirements.
- Analyse current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and digitalisation.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, developers and vendors throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, solution design and UAT.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and user needs.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate requirements clearly across business and technology teams.
- Support implementation, rollout, risk management and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure requirements consider security, privacy, accessibility, data protection and relevant Government standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, Systems Analysis or a related field.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Experience with user stories, functional requirements and process modelling.
- Experience working with business and technology teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in UAT and requirements traceability.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Singapore public sector or a regulated environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UX/service design, APIs, system integration, cloud or data platforms is an advantage.
