As a warehouse storekeeper, you will be responsible to provides support to logistics team and be accountable for stocks located at our warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking, verifying and packing all incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensure proper storage of goods and in a systematic manners
- Prepare and packing daily outgoing delivery for the logistic team
- Conduct housekeeping and provide advice on stock status
- Ensuring movement of stock is properly documented and filed.
- Assist on monthly warehouse stock take and discrepancy report.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Able to understand English written in product labels, delivery invoices et cetera.
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work on shift hours, weekends and public holiday.
- Able to handle the weight of big items such as fridge/washer/television and lift these big items across a distance.
- Willing to learn how to operate a reach truck to move large quantities of heavy items.
Work Schedule:
- The warehouse storekeeper is required to perform the following working shift from Monday to Sunday:
• Normal Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm ( with 1 hour lunch break)
• 6 off days per month - There will be off in lieu if one works on public holidays.
Probation Period:
- 3 months
Salary and Allowances:
- Basic salary: $2,000 (Locals)/ $1,800 (Non-Locals)
- Attendance Allowance (After Confirmation): $60
