Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide information on stores, directions, and transport.
- Assist with restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, and equipment loans (wheelchairs/strollers).
- Manage gift-with-purchase redemptions, sell mall vouchers, and assist with event registrations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of mall campaigns and tenant offers.
- Conduct daily mall walks to check facilities and cleanliness.
- Handle voucher reimbursements and maintain inventory of promotional materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for lost items/children and emergencies, coordinating closely with security and operations teams.
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience in Customer Service would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong service mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Team player who can also work independently under pressure.
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
- Flexibility to work shift hours.
- Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.
