This is a Contract Role, with extension.
Job Description:-
- Assist in preparing account opening documents and monitor the collection of outstanding and supplementary documents to ensure timely completion of the account opening process.
- Coordinate account opening submission and follow through to completion in accordance with internal procedures.
- Support daily transaction processing and follow-up for deposit, loan, and trade finance activities.
- Assist with routine demand deposit rate negotiation support.
- Conduct preliminary checks on customer transaction documents and liaise with Operations for downstream processing.
- Assist in verifying daily deposit and remittance transactions.
- Provide transaction advice, confirmations, or related messages to customers and handle routine customer inquiries
- Review AML screening outputs, and escalate relevant matched cases to the responsible business unit for further action.
- Perform additional duties and ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma or higher education in Banking, or a related discipline.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or corporate banking.
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
