**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing customer enquiries, processing sales orders, and coordinating logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery of products from factory to customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a customer-centric approach.
**Job Description**
• Handle incoming phone calls and other communication channels, providing prompt and accurate information whilst maintaining professional service standards
• Process and enter sales orders into the system accurately, ensuring all customer requirements and specifications are captured correctly
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules from factory to customers, liaising with logistics partners to optimise delivery routes and timelines
• Prepare essential documentation including pick lists, invoices, and shipment bookings whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Receiving and stock take
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; experience with ERP or order management systems is beneficial
• Excellent organisational abilities with keen attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
