Eligibility

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned market.
- Work closely with sales and project teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up on tenders.
- Provide product and technical solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote company solutions and build business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Sales Manager.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Sales Engineer role within the construction industry
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle for site visits
- Good sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Advantage
- Experience in fire protection, M&E, engineering sales, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
