Job Summary/Benefits:
- Salary details – Gross up to $3.8k++
- Working days and hours – 6 days’ work week, 11:30AM - 3PM; 4PM - 10:30PM
- Location of work – Central area
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Handle food preparation, cooking and kitchen work arrangements
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Monitor kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in training and managing the kitchen team
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in kitchen operations and basic preparation procedures or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow operational requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the kitchen team
