Job Summary
This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service whilst maintaining accurate patient records and fostering a welcoming environment for our diverse patient community.
What you'll be doing
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
• Process billing, insurance claims, and payment collections accurately whilst maintaining confidentiality
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimise patient flow and clinic operations
Job Requirements
• A Levels and above
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare administration is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with diverse patient populations
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn healthcare management systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
