Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Building Construction
- Position Title: Project Coordinator
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site and installation activities with the Project Manager, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, site readiness, and installation progress, and highlight delays or risks early.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate installation requirements, inspections, rectification works, and project handover.
- Prepare progress reports, issue trackers, site records, photos, and other project documentation.
- Ensure installation teams comply with WSH and site safety requirements.

- Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in project/site coordination, construction, equipment installation, or engineering projects is preferred.
- Able to read basic engineering, layout, and installation drawings.
- Able to work on site, manage project requirements, and keep the Project Manager updated on key matters.
