F&B AREA MANAGER

Location: Singapore | Full-Time
Reports to: Management / Operations Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced F&B Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets, drive sales and profitability, and maintain high operational, food quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations and performance of multiple outlets.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop Outlet Managers, Supervisors and staff.
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, scheduling and productivity.
• Monitor food quality, inventory, stock control and customer service.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints effectively.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and suppliers when required.
• Prepare regular reports and recommend operational improvements.
• Support new outlet openings, including recruitment, training and setup.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of F&B management experience; multi-outlet experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and SOPs.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work weekends/public holidays when required.
• Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
• QSR, fast-casual, POS or new outlet opening experience is an advantage.

Hands-on, responsible, proactive, organised, customer-focused and commercially minded.
