🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
🍽️ Food Preparation & Cooking
- Cook and prepare meals with precision, passion, and pride - always upholding Little Farms' quality standards.
- Plate dishes with consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Prepare items in batches efficiently while following all dietary and allergen guidelines.
🧑🍳 Kitchen Operations & Efficiency
- Use the FEFO method to ensure fresh, safe ingredients.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and teammates for a seamless service flow.
🧼 Food Safety & Hygiene
- Follow all food safety regulations, this includes handling, sanitation, and cleaning.
- Maintain a hygienic kitchen and report any food safety concerns immediately.
- Handle kitchen equipment responsibly, keeping safety top of mind.
🤝 Teamwork & Growth
- Be collaborative and communicative with kitchen and service teams.
- Help with mise en place, prep, and daily setup.
- Embrace learning new techniques and taking on responsibilities to grow.
