Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of Buildings
- Position Title: CAD & BIM Designer
- Working Location: Ubi Avenue
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 6pm, Sat: 8.30am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings and BIM/Revit models.
- Produce shop, coordination, installation, and as-built drawings for electrical and related systems.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and M&E teams, including clash detection.
- Update drawings based on site conditions, approved changes, and project requirements.
- Support drawing submissions, site teams, and final as-built documentation.

- Diploma, Higher Nitec or Degree in Engineering, BIM, Drafting, Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of CAD/BIM experience in construction or M&E.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM clash detection is an advantage.
- Able to read architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
- Experience with construction, shop and as-built drawings.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple drawing submissions and deadlines.
