Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef / Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team in Singapore. You will help deliver consistently high-quality dishes, support kitchen operations and uphold food safety standards. Job Description
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to the restaurant's standards, ensuring consistency, quality and timely service.
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, assisting with training, task allocation and shift coordination.
- Manage station mise en place, stock rotation, ordering and wastage control to maintain cost efficiency.
- Comply with SFA regulations, HACCP principles and workplace health and safety practices at all times.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef De Partie, Sous Chef or in an equivalent role.
- Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene and food safety standards; a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with Singapore's employment regulations.
