Job Scope
- Handle comprehensive motor accident reporting and claims processing from initial contact through resolution
- Provide guidance to customers on accident claims procedures and recommend optimal repair solutions
- Prepare accurate repair estimates, quotations, and invoices whilst maintaining high quality standards
- Coordinate effectively with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and technicians to ensure seamless repair progress and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in insurance or automotive industry
- Sound understanding of motor insurance claims processes and procedure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven customer services abilities
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
