About the Opportunity
Our client, a newly established boutique hotel under a leading international hotel group, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join its culinary team, focusing on breakfast and in-room dining operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Manage daily breakfast and in-room dining orders efficiently.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portioning and presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor food stocks, freshness and proper storage while minimising wastage.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.
- Support menu preparation and guide junior kitchen team members.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Hotel, breakfast or room service experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, organised and a good team player.
- Willing to work shifts, early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
- Culinary qualifications are an advantage.
