We are hiring Part-Time Community Outreach Executive to support customer service and centre operations at various locations across Singapore!
Salary:
- $13/hr - Weekdays
- $14/hr- Weekends
Working Hours:
- 8.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday; or
- 9.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday Approximately 2-3 shifts per week, weekdays + weekends only
Working Locations:
- AMK
- Nee Soon
- Woodlands
- One Punggol
- Tampines
- Kampong Chai Chee
- Ang Mo Kio
- The Frontiner
- Keat Hong
Working hours and shifts will be assigned based on operational requirements.
Job Duties:
- Welcome and assist members of the public at the centre
- Provide assistance with digital access to government services
- Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate information
- Gather and record customer feedback
- Support centre operations, events and administrative activities
- Report incidents or safety concerns when necessary
- Maintain a safe, welcoming and pleasant environment for members of the public
Job Requirements:
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using digital devices and online platforms
- Able to stand and interact with members of the public for extended periods
- Responsible, approachable and able to work independently
- Able to commit to weekend shifts
