🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation are maintained
- Oversee your assigned kitchen station and support daily operations
- Guide, train, and support junior kitchen staff
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
✅ Requirements
- Relevant professional kitchen experience
- Experience in Western and/or Spanish cuisine preferred
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Passionate about cooking with a positive and hands-on attitude
- Willing to work rotating/ split shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Singaporeans only
