Job Description:
- Perform daily operations in the kitchen
- Prepare mise-en-place and provide assistance to Sectional Chef / Sous Chef
- Cook and present food effectively and efficiently in accordance to company’s operations standards
- Clean fridges, workbenches, storages, cutting boards and kitchen equipment
- Assist with the preparation of meal ingredients, includes washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, fruits and meat.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of working experience in hot/cold kitchen
- Possess WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
- Responsible & Punctual
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
