Job Info:
- Basic $3,500 - $4,500 (Based on experience) + AWS + Good Incentive & Commission & Meal Allowance
- 5-Day Work Week
- Retail Hours (Weekends & PH Included)
- Central Region
Job Scope:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive personal and team sales performance to achieve sales targets.
- Lead, train and coach staff to enhance team performance.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to drive customer loyalty.
- Represent the brand professionally with strong product knowledge.
- Maintain store presentation standards and manage inventory efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, customer service and team management.
- Experienced in staff training, coaching and performance management.
- Responsible, reliable and able to resolve problems effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
