Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, Linux OS servers and network infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls, Aruba managed switches and Windows domain servers.
  • Manage LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS and DHCP services.
  • Manage web hosting and email services via Exabytes.
  • Perform system maintenance, security updates, backups and IT asset management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in IT or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls, Aruba managed switches and Windows domain servers.
  • Familiar with Windows Active Directory and Linux OS, email servers and domain management.
  • Experience with Exabytes hosting services.
  • Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of IT issues.
  • Advantage with experience in VoIP, IP telephony and contact centre systems.

Other Information:

  • Monthly basic salary ranges from $2,200 to $2,800
  • 5 days work-week (Mondays to Fridays)
  • Official working hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Workplace is primarily at 3015A Ubi Road 1, #03-01 Singapore 408705 with hybrid support at our HQ at 203 Henderson Road, Henderson Industrial Park, #10-13 Wing A, Singapore 159546, and our branch operations in Upper Changi.
