✔ Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification
✔ Has 2 years or more of supervisory or management experience in:

Lead Daily Store Operations
- Ensure smooth daily store operations
- Oversee sales, customer service, merchandising, stock management, cashier duties, and store administration

- Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets
- Motivate team members to deliver outstanding performance
Develop & Inspire Your Team
- Coach, train, and mentor staff
- Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
- Create memorable shopping experiences that encourage repeat visits
Support Marketing & Business Growth
- Execute in-store promotions and company campaigns
- Recommend suitable wellness products based on customers' needs
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services
- Support new staff with product knowledge and sales techniques
