Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and Timely Deliveries: Drive Class 2B EV bike to transport goods to designated locations safely and within scheduled timelines.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and ensure the proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including delivery notes and vehicle logs.
- Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with local driving regulations and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service during deliveries and interactions with clients.
- Problem Resolution: Address and report any issues related to deliveries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2B Driving License
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider in a logistics or transportation environment.
- Clean driving record with a strong focus on safety.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle loading and unloading activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to 5.5days of work week - Monday to Friday and half Saturday or Sunday roster.
- OT may be required depending on delivery volume
