Dental Nurse/Receptionist - Full time/Part time
Job Summary
Perform administrative and clinical support tasks to ensure smooth dental clinic operations and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Schedule dental appointments and manage front desk activities including attending to walk-in patients
- Process billing and insurance claims accurately to support clinic revenue flow
- Clean and sterilise dental instruments and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Assist dentists during patient care procedures to enhance treatment efficiency
- Deliver patient service with a positive and helpful attitude to improve patient experience
- Use clinic software, email, and WhatsApp effectively to support communication and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members and learn quickly to adapt to clinic workflows
- Able to work Sundays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in dental nursing or reception is preferred but not required as on-site training will be provided
