Part-Time Telemarketer / Business Development
📍 Location: Woodlands
⏰ Minimum 20 hours per week
🏢 Office-based only
We are looking for a proactive and confident Part-Time Telemarketer / Business Development team member to support our recruitment business.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to companies in Singapore
- Introduce our recruitment services
- Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring needs
- Connect with HR, Admin, business owners and other decision-makers
- Generate qualified business leads / job orders
- Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp and email
- Update call records and client follow-up status
- Work closely with our recruitment team
Requirements
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Good communication skills in English
- Mandarin communication skills are an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Positive, proactive and target-driven
- Sales / Telemarketing / Recruitment / Business Development experience is an advantage
- Able to commit at least 20 hours per week
- Must be able to work from our Woodlands office
