Job Description & Requirements

1. Give Advice or guidance on suitable laundry process, and answer laundry queries from customers.

2. Handle payments, customer's  feedback, and customers refunds.

3. Check, count & tag soiled laundry items deposited by customers

4. Receive & Store customers' laundry items.

Requirement.

Project a positive and professional image.

Respond to service challenges

Interact with customers.   Need to handle English & Mandarin speaking customers.
