Responsibilities
- Operate cashiering duties, including handling payments and issuing receipts accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries and purchases at the point of sale
- Ensure smooth and efficient checkout experience for customers
- Handle basic cash management, including opening and closing of cashier counter
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Support promotional activities and ensure correct application of discounts or offers
- Assist customers in the process of membership cards
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level. Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers of all ages
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic numeracy skills with attention to detail for handling transactions accurately
- Responsible, reliable, and customer-oriented
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior retail or cashiering/customer service experience is an advantage
