Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the retail team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensuring that store operations, inventory, and merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level
- Identifying and implementing strategies to improve store efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the store management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase revenue
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level with 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
- Ability to work long hours, including public holidays and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
- Enthusiastic about the retail industry and the company's products and services
