Executive Chauffeur (CEO)
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Executive Chauffeur to provide primary transportation for the CEO and support company operations. This role requires discretion, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a luxury vehicle to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, punctual chauffeur services for CEO and family (daily commute, meetings, events)
- Manage cross-border trips between Singapore and Malaysia (JB/KL)
- Plan routes using GPS/Waze to ensure timely arrival, including peak checkpoint hours
- Maintain vehicle in “showroom condition” (daily cleaning, vacuuming, detailing)
- Ensure vehicle readiness: fuel, tire pressure, servicing, road tax, ERP, VEP/TNG
- Keep vehicle stocked with essentials (water, tissues, chargers, etc.)
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
- Assist with office errands, document dispatch, and airport transfers when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of chauffeur experience (C-suite / private preferred)
- Valid Singapore Class 3 license with clean driving record
- Familiar with SG-MY border crossing procedures
- Able to work 6 days/week with flexible hours (early/late as needed)
- Professional, reliable, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Proficient in English (Bahasa Melayu is a plus)
- Valid passport and able to travel to Malaysia
Location: Singapore + Malaysia travel
Work Days: 6 days/week
