Requirements
- Salary tied to experience
- Assist Head Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation
- Experience making sushi and sashimi
- Handle the cutting of raw fishes
- Manage the sushi counter
- Prepare stocks and soups
- Train new kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and food costs
- Manage back kitchen duties and kitchen cleanliness
