Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure restaurant adheres to operational standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance customer experience.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train staff.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
